Job Description:

Role: We are looking for a hands-on Data expert to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will own dashboard creation and data analysis end-to-end — helping the business see what's working, what's not, and where to act next. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves working with data and translating numbers into decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Dashboarding — Design, build, and maintain dashboards that give the business a real-time view of performance.
• Data Analysis — Dig into data to surface trends, gaps, and opportunities; present findings in a crisp, decision-ready format.
• Business Partnering — Work closely with teams to understand what they need and deliver the right views and insights.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Robust hands-on experience in dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Skills: SQL understanding preferred.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable owning data problems end-to-end.
