Role Description The Associate Sales Manager internship is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Interns will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, maintaining prospect lists, and assisting in outreach to retail partners, distributors, and direct consumers. The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions,



sampling drives, and in-store initiatives. Interns will help track sales performance, compile reports, and analyze basic sales data to support decision-making. The position also includes participating in meetings, preparing presentations, and learning core sales processes under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications

• Ability to support sales outreach, lead generation, and basic account management in a fast-paced consumer brand setting.
• Comfort with data entry, maintaining spreadsheets or CRM tools, and preparing concise sales and performance reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setup.
