Role Description The Conference Producer is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality conference programs for Maxpo’s industry-focused events. This full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves conducting market research, identifying relevant themes and topics, and designing agendas that align with audience and sponsor needs.



The Conference Producer will source and secure speakers, manage speaker communications, and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive event execution. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing relationships with industry stakeholders, creating content that supports conference promotion, tracking timelines and deliverables, and adapting programs based on feedback and market trends. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
