Position Summary
The Services Estimation & Solutioning Manager is responsible for defining, sizing, costing, pricing, and documenting skilled services opportunities across Sycomp’s portfolio. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Engineering, PMO, Integration Centers, and Service Delivery teams to ensure customer solutions are accurately scoped, financially sound, and operationally executable.
The position will lead the development of labor estimates, project assumptions, statements of work (SOWs), resource plans, and service pricing models while supporting strategic customer pursuits and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities
Services Solutioning
• Review customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and SOW requests
• Lead services discovery sessions with customers and account teams
• Define scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions
• Develop implementation and deployment approaches
Estimation & Pricing
• Create labor estimates for professional services engagements
• Build work breakdown structures and resource plans
• Develop project cost models and customer pricing
• Validate profitability and margin objectives
• Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing approvals
Proposal & SOW Development
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Develop services proposals and scope documents
