Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior, responsible for driving business growth and strengthening Redcliffe Labs’ presence in the assigned territory.



This position involves managing relationships with healthcare providers, diagnostic partners, and other local stakeholders, as well as identifying new business opportunities and executing territory-specific sales strategies. The Territory Manager oversees daily sales activities, including lead generation, field visits, presentations, and negotiations to achieve revenue and volume targets. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform local initiatives, while coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager is expected to maintain accurate reporting, adhere to company policies, and represent Redcliffe Labs’ preventive-first mission in all interactions.
