We serve clients across India, the USA, UK, Middle East, and Singapore, and our staffing practice places skilled technology professionals on contract and contract-to-hire models with enterprises, GCCs, IT services companies, and product firms.

The Role





We are looking for top-performing IT staffing sales professionals to drive growth across two segments.

Domestic market: IT services companies, system integrators, mid-sized IT firms, product companies, and startups across India that need fast, reliable contract resources.

Enterprise and GCC accounts: large enterprises, MNCs, BFSI, manufacturing, retail, and Global Capability Centres where vendor empanelment, MSP relationships, and long-term resource partnerships drive high-volume, multi-year business.

You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right accounts to securing empanelment, winning requirements, negotiating commercials, and seeing placements through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire current clients for IT contractual staffing and contract-to-hire services across domestic and enterprise segments.
• Secure vendor empanelment with IT services companies, GCCs, MNCs, MSPs, and system integrators.
• Build strong relationships with HR heads
