About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and ambitious Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder and support the growth and operations of a deep-tech startup at IIT Bombay (IITB).

This role offers hands-on exposure to startup building, business operations, marketing, talent acquisition, team coordination, business development, and strategic execution.

You will help translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinate creative and technical teams, manage recruitment activities, and drive key initiatives that contribute to the startup’s growth.

This prospect is ideal for individuals interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business management who are eager to take ownership of responsibilities and learn by working on real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office & Business Operations




· Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
· Translate business ideas into actionable plans, tasks, and execution roadmaps.
· Track priorities, deadlines, milestones, and project deliverables.
· Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
· Prepare presentations, progress reports, business documents, and internal updates.
· Conduct market research and provide insights to support business decisions.

2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Manage recruitment activities for Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and other relevant roles.
· Draft job descriptions and publish internship and freelance opportunities.
· Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
· Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with the Founder.
