Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive - B2B to drive business growth by acquiring new B2B customers and

developing strong relationships with existing salons, retailers, beauty businesses, and other professional

customers.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, self-driven, confident in field interactions, and capable of

independently managing the sales process from lead generation to order conversion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers, salons, retailers, and beauty businesses.
• Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations in Bengaluru.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and other business-development activities.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing B2B customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales effectively.




• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, promotions, inventory, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Gather market, customer, and competitor feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on field activities and performance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in B2B or field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong lead-generation and customer-acquisition
