Your Impact: As a Growth Marketing Manager at Osmos, you will be the engine behind our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales teams to put our story in front of the right retailers and marketplaces, on the right channels. Your mission is to plan and run demand generation programs across paid, search, and email, keep our data clean and our targeting sharp, and use AI to move faster than a traditional marketing team. What You'll Do:

• Own demand generation execution to hit pipeline targets.

• Plan, launch,



and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns. From audiences and creative briefs to budget and testing.

• Run ABM and email sequences targeting enterprise accounts. From account selection and messaging to follow-through.

• Grow organic pipeline through SEO. Find keyword and content gaps and work with content to close them.

• Own ICP scoring, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene. Keep prospect lists enriched and sales-ready.

• Build AI-powered workflows that automate research, enrichment, and campaign ops.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• 4-6 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, or enterprise technology. You've run campaigns that generated real pipeline, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.

• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn paid, SEO, and ABM or email campaigns for enterprise B2B audiences.

• Experience working closely with sales teams as a true partner, not a serv
