About the Role
The Mandate Lab Consulting is looking for motivated and curious interns to join our team across Human Resources, Political Strategy & Campaign Operations, Political Research, and Political Communications & Content.

This opportunity is suited to students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to real-world projects, research, operations, and professional problem-solving in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Assist with talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and documentation.

Political Strategy & Campaign Operations
• Assist with campaign planning, execution tracking, field coordination, and operational activities.
• Support progress reporting and coordination with project teams.

Political Research
• Conduct research on political developments,



public policy, governance, and relevant public issues.
• Analyse information, compile findings, and prepare research briefs and reports.

Political Communications & Content
• Assist in developing written content, communication materials, and research-based briefs.
• Support media monitoring, content planning, and communication-related activities.

Candidate Requirements
• Students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Interest in HR, politics, public policy, research, communications, or operations, depending on the chosen function.
• Marathi proficiency and familiarity with Maharashtra are preferred.
