About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Sales Manager for Holiday Package Sales to lead our team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) and Travel Advisors at Online Vacations.
This role requires active involvement in daily sales activities, team performance, and customer enquiry conversions. You will lead from the front by reviewing sales calls, conducting team huddles, coaching advisors individually, and ensuring that monthly targets are achieved.
We need someone who takes ownership of the entire sales process, from lead allocation and quotation follow-ups to booking closures and individual team performance.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Team Performance & Target Achievement
• Lead and manage a team of 07–10 sales advisors and BDAs.
• Set explicit individual goals and take responsibility for achieving monthly team targets.

Revenue & Business Growth
• Drive booking revenue, sales productivity, and overall Holiday Packages Buisness.
• Monitor conversion rates, average booking value, and revenue generated by each advisor.




• Identify performance gaps early and implement corrective measures to keep sales on track.

Daily Operations & Sales Discipline
• Conduct daily team meetings and monitor attendance, lead progress, and CRM updates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on every enquiry, accurate quotation tracking, and effective pipeline management.
• Establish a structured sales environment focused on consistency, accountability, and results.

Coaching & Team Development
• Review sales calls, provide constructive feedback, and conduct individual coaching sessions.
• Train new team members to handle customer enquiries confidently and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain team motivation, address performance challenges, and encourage employee growth and retention.

Product Knowledge & Performance Analysis
• Maintain strong knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, itineraries, and related products.
