Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Quick Commerce Growth Specialist to lead and scale our presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket,



First Club etc. The ideal candidate will own platform growth, visibility, assortment planning, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, and performance analysis to drive sales and market share.
If you’ve done the 0 —-> 1 on Qcomm for this category (Fresh Grocery), worked closely with quick commerce platforms (Onboarding, Pushing sales, Achieving targets) for brands and love building business on QComm from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Key Person responsible for Sales and growth on QComm
- Launch and drive sales of products across quick commerce.
- Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like First Club, Amazon Now, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Drive sales right from POs to execution to delivery/coordination & follow-ups with Q-Comm platforms.
- Monitor Metrics such as Fill Rates, TAT, ROAS, OOS, Logistics, Inventory and Store
