Level: Lead Managed Services Engineer II

The Enterprise Observability Platform Tech Architect is responsible for architecting end-to-end observability solutions across hybrid cloud environments, driving strategy and implementation for large-scale enterprise monitoring. This role will focus on leveraging technologies such as ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), OpenSearch, AppDynamics,



and integrating with up-to-date DevOps practices using infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools like Terraform on leading cloud platforms (AWS).

As a Lead Managed Services Engineer II on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise observability platforms using ELK, OpenSearch, and AppDynamics to deliver monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities across hybrid cloud environments.
• Define and enforce observability standards, frameworks, and practices; integrate solutions with DevOps pipelines; and enable automation across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
• Lead migrations from legacy monitoring tools and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform across multi-cloud environments.
