UKG Pro WFM – Technical Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for a UKG Pro WFM Technical Consultant with 3–8 years of experience in UKG Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UKG WFM integrations, interfaces, reporting, APIs, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM technical solutions.
• Work on UKG WFM integrations and interfaces, including inbound and outbound data flows.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Analyze integration failures, data issues, and technical defects and provide timely resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UKG WFM reports and extracts.
• Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across WFM systems.




• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Monitor integrations and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, mapping documents, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other application teams for end-to-end integration requirements.
• Support enhancements, change requests, and ongoing technical improvements.

Mandatory Skills
• UKG Pro WFM / UKG WFM
• Strong experience in UKG WFM Integrations / Interfaces
• Experience with UKG WFM Reporting
• Knowledge of APIs / Web Services / Data Integration
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and production support
• Valuable understanding of WFM data and business processes
• Experience with integration testing and deployment
