Department Overview
Bain's Product, Practice & Knowledge (PPK) department has played a vital role in harnessing the best of our consulting staffs' individual and collective expertise for over 20 years. Within PPK, each practice supports teams across the globe with deep expertise and knowledge.

Our practices play a critical role in Bain's commercial success and are a key strategic priority.
PPK is continually focused on creating a stronger, more scalable, effective and effective PPK organization. The PPK Operations team will help achieve this by developing and improving processes, tools, and communications to better support our PPK teams.
What You'll Do
The Senior Analyst is a technical builder on the PPK Operations team. Where the Analyst supports defined analytical workstreams and the Operations Manager owns the simplification agenda end to end, this role sits between the two: it takes ownership of complete solutions from problem definition through build and adoption, working with limited supervision, and is expected to bring the technical depth that makes automation and AI-enabled delivery real.
The distinguishing expectation of this role is speed of build. We are looking for someone who uses AI tools and low-code platforms to deliver dashboards,
