Salary: 25000 Per month in hand (Not negotiable)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week(flexibility to WFH 1 day a week will be offered upon request)

Jay Kay Tools is a family-run business supplying engineering tools, industrial hardware, fasteners, machine components, and related products to customers. We serve the needs of workshops, mechanics, fabricators, and businesses requiring reliable tools and hardware.
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accountant to join our office team located behind the shop in Morwadi, Pune. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day accounting function in a small-business environment, working directly with the owner and coordinating with the office team.
Significant Note About the Work Environment (Please read this before you apply): This is a hands-on accounting role in a small, family-run business rather than a conventional corporate office environment.



The selected candidate will work from the back office located behind our shop at the Morwadi Main Branch, alongside two other team members, and will coordinate directly with the owner as required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a small-business setting and taking responsibility for day-to-day accounting and related office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices, bills and vouchers.
• Perform bank, cash, supplier and customer account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, outstanding payments and follow-ups.
• Maintain GST records and assist with GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Assist with monthly financial reports, expense tracking and cash-flow monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records of stock-related transactions and support inventory reconciliation.
