The Senior Specialist, People Solutions will support employees and managers across key people’s processes, including performance management, employee engagement, HR policies and employee exits. The role will work closely with HR Business Partners and business managers to ensure people processes are handled consistently, efficiently and with a positive employee experience.
The role will also encourage the practical use of AI and digital tools to improve day-to-day HR activities, reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & PIP
• Coordinate and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) from initiation through closure.
• Support managers with PIP documentation, objectives, timelines and review discussions.
• Maintain appropriate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support annual and ongoing performance management activities.

Employee Engagement
• Support employee engagement activities, employee connects and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and assist in consolidating employee feedback.




• Identify common themes from employee feedback and support follow-up action plans.
• Partner with managers on initiatives that improve employee experience.

HR Policies & Employee Support
• Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Provide guidance on the consistent application of company policies.
• Support communication and implementation of policy/process updates.
• Handle employee matters professionally while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

Employee Exits
• Coordinate voluntary and other employee separation processes.
• Support exit discussions and ensure completion of required documentation and activities.
• Maintain exit data and identify common themes from employee feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely closure of exit processes.

HRBP & Business Support
• Provide day-to-day people support to assigned teams and managers.
