Description

We are looking for a People Systems & Data co-ordinator to join our People team, supporting both our People systems and the delivery of high-quality People data, reporting and insights.

Reporting to the Data, Insights & Systems Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring our systems and People data remain accurate, reliable and effective.

Alongside your systems responsibilities, you will produce and analyse People reporting, support the development of Power BI dashboards and help translate People data into meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with existing HRIS and reporting experience who enjoys combining technology, data analysis and problem-solving and is looking to develop further within People Systems and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

People Data, Reporting & Insights:
• Produce,



maintain and improve regular and ad hoc People reports for stakeholders across the organisation.
• Analyse People data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation.
• Translate data into explicit and meaningful insights to support People and business decision-making.
• Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and People analytics reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate these into effective reports, dashboards and analysis.
• Validate and reconcile reporting data to ensure outputs are accurate, consistent and reliable.
• Support the development and monitoring of key People metrics and KPIs across areas such as workforce, recruitment, absence, turnover and other People priorities.
