Seeking an experienced professional in learning design and development to join our team as a Global Learning Design and Development Instructional Designer, Assistant Director.

EY’s Global Learning function designs, develops and deploys technical and non-technical learning for EY professionals across the world. In the Design and development team,



we are applying learning science and proven technology in the development and curation of the best learning content.

We are looking for a colleague to join our virtual team working from over 20 geographical locations across the world. We offer flexible working, the chance to work in a multicultural and multinational setting, and best in class teaming and collaboration.

The opportunity

This position is responsible for the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. The instructional designer will be aligned primarily to a particular service line, All EY, or function portfolio. The instructional designer will work to agreed design quality standards and processes, using approved templates and tools and will collaborate with other designers and learning professionals to support the continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency and quality.
