We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Architect
In this role you will be:
• Understand business outcomes work with business stakeholders to define outcomes that are traceable to solution designs.
• End-to-end solution design for large, multi-market frontline channel products/features, ensuring they meet customer and business outcomes reporting to the senior architect.




• Create and evolve architecture across build/SaaS/cloud-native solutions, designing for scalability, resilience, portability and cost efficiency.
• Design integration patterns between CRM/SaaS vendor platforms, cloud services and on‑premises systems (APIs, events/messaging, data flows).
• Embed AI-enabled capabilities intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows, human-in-the-loop patterns, integration to AI services.
• Define physical & deployment architecture working with the subject matter experts to define environments, hosting patterns, networking and deployment approaches.
• Build in security and NFRs by design working with the subject matter experts authentication/authorisation, data protection, cyber security, performance, availability, observability).
• Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to business and engineering stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies and options.Drive governance and risk management—produce a
