We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to drive our Aerospace & Defence (A&D;) business development in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Government Aerospace & Defence customers, identifying business opportunities, and securing contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

Requirements
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with new and existing Government Aerospace & Defence customers to identify business opportunities and secure contracts in line with assigned sales quotas and targets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement and opportunity development through negotiation and successful closure.

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

• Qualify prospects based on the company's ideal customer profile, understand their business challenges and technical requirements,



and present suitable solutions along with their benefits and cost implications.

• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant Aerospace & Defence industry trends, technologies, and domain requirements to conduct meaningful discussions with customers and prospects.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to understand and address customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Develop and execute territory sales plans outlining strategies and activities to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect and customer interactions, opportunities, activities, and sales progress.

• Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, meetings, and on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
