Position Summary

The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) manager leads execution within one or more process areas, delivering initiatives and outcomes while managing stakeholders and progress day to day. The role partners with senior leaders to redesign and reimagine workflows — including the evaluation and use of current technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate — drives continuous process improvement and applies financial and business-case analysis to ensure that reimagined processes are both effective and cost-optimized.
This role manages people and stakeholder relationships directly, and is accountable for the quality, pace, and outcomes of their assigned process area(s).

• Lead execution of transformation initiatives within an assigned process area, from market research, design through rapid prototyping, implementation, and stabilization.




• Partner with senior leaders to reimagine and redesign end-to-end workflows — including technology, AI-enabled tools, operating model, and talent/role implications — while considering cross-functional (enterprise) impact.
• Manage and develop team members and cross-functional contributors, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback across USI and/or US team members.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across business, operations, and enabling functions; manage expectations, escalations, and communication of progress.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and employee or customer experience; conduct financial and cost-benefit analysis to size potential opportunities, validate business cases, and confirm that redesigned processes deliver measurable, optimized outcomes.
