• Stay current with emerging research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in the field of speech pathology.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology.
• Proven experience working with pediatric clients in a clinical or community setting.
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, client -centered approach with a focus on empowerment and individualized care.
• Proficiency in using standardized assessment tools and therapeutic technologies.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
