- Review 2D and 3D data received from customers.
- Prepare RTS files for sharing and presentation to customers.
- Modify 3D models to align with casting process requirements.
- Develop concepts and gating designs.
- Review die and core box designs provided by suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience in GDC (Gravity Die Casting) and LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) processes is required.
- Prior experience working in a New Product Development (NPD) team.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and magma
- Hands -on experience working on a foundry shop floor
1. RTS discussion with Customers will be completed
on time.
