We are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented Business Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline operations across North & South Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, handle multi -location operations, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee business operations across Kerala (North & South) and Tamil Nadu regions
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across locations
- Ensure smooth day -to -day operational activities and resolve issues efficiently
- Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Support business strategy execution and expansion plans
- Handle client coordination, follow -ups,
and relationship management
- Maintain documentation and operational records
