About the Role & Requirements

-Role:** Data Annotator (Remote / Work From Home)

-Employment Type:** Freelance / Project-Based

-Commitment:** Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours per day.

-Eligibility:** Bachelors degree is mandatory, along with valuable English proficiency and prior experience in data annotation, linguistic evaluation, or AI training.

-Pay Rate:** $4 per hour (depending on educational qualifications).

Overview of Our Selection

To ensure high quality standards for our AI training initiatives, candidates go through a structured evaluation and onboarding process:

1. **Initial Screening & Assessment:** Candidates meeting the initial criteria must pass our core modular assessment (scoring 75% and above).

2. **Language Proficiency:** Candidates who clear the initial evaluation are progressed to a rigorous language assessment (requiring a C1/C2 level certification).

3. **Registration & Verification:** Qualified candidates complete registration on our platform and undergo mandatory background verification (BVC) checks.
