Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the cinema, ensuring smooth functioning of all screens.
- Oversee ticket booking, billing, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate with staff to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in cinema operations or related field (hotels & restaurants).
- Solid knowledge of cinema operations, including ticket booking, billing, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with staff and customers.
