Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and validate trip-level MIS reports, operational data, and self-invoicing.
- Manage customer and vendor invoicing, billing accuracy, and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor sales, purchases, operational expenditures, and commercial transactions.
- Handle commercial contracts, agreements, addendums, and renewals.
- Perform GST, TDS, and other applicable tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure statutory and financial compliance.
- Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and commercial performance reports.
- Track customer payment collections, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
- Ensure proper authorization, documentation, and accountability for all payments.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor trip-wise revenue, transportation costs, margins, and profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and customers to resolve commercial and billing issues.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly MIS reports and closure of accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred.
- Relevant experience in commercial operations and accounts,



preferably in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance.
- Experience in trip-level costing, self-invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Knowledge of P&L; analysis, MIS reporting, and commercial cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
