Job Purpose: To handle patient calls related to medical billing, explain bills and account balances, assist with payment plans, and provide good customer service while maintaining patient privacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient billing calls.
- Explain bills, charges, and outstanding balances.
- Assist patients with payment plans and account queries.
- Respond to tickets and voicemails on time.
- Update patient details and account notes accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation of calls and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the Assistant Manager or Process Head.
- Follow HIPAA rules and protect patient information.
- Support team members and help improve processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in patient calling.





Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of IMS and eCW software is an advantage.
- Empathy, professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability.
