Role Summary:

At Regeneron, we are committed to advancing science and delivering life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Analyst Commercial Finance to join our Commercial Finance organization.

The Senior Analyst Commercial Finance will partner closely with the US Commercial Finance team to support demand and revenue forecasting for Regenerons Oncology and Hematology portfolio. This role will be responsible for building and defending forecast assumptions, developing patient-based and demand-based forecasting models, translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic business decisions across multiple commercial functions.

This position requires expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting, revenue modeling, secondary data analysis, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional partners across Commercial Business Units, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics, and Accounting teams to deliver accurate forecasts, scenario analyses, and business insights that drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with US Commercial Finance teams to provide demand, revenue, and forecasting support across Oncology and Hematology portfolios.
- Own commercial demand and revenue forecasting activities and deliver actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain patient-based and demand-based forecasting models to support budgeting, strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
- Build and document driver-based forecasting assumptions using primary market research, secondary datasets, and commercial intelligence.
- Translate market research findings and industry data into quantified model inputs that support forecast generation.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses related to competitive entry, indication expansion, pricing changes, reimbursement dynamics,



and market access impacts.
- Develop gross-to-net (GTN) revenue estimates using reimbursement, payer mix, and channel insights. Lead forecast variance analysis and provide business commentary against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
- Analyze pharmaceutical industry datasets and leverage insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial Finance, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Accounting, and Insights & Analytics teams globally

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline; MBA or CFA preferred. 5+ years of experience in Commercial Forecasting, Strategic Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, or related functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), shared services, or consulting environment supporting global stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building forecasting models from scratch, including patient-based and demand-based forecasting methodologies.
- Strong expertise in pharmaceutical revenue forecasting, demand forecasting, and scenario planning. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry datasets, with hands-on experience using IQVIA or Symphony data assets such as NSP, DDD, NPA, Xponent, and Oncology Dynamics.
- Understanding of gross-to-net revenue concepts, payer dynamics, reimbursement, and market access considerations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data wrangling and analytics tools such as Power Query, Alteryx, and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Ability to operate in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outputs.
