Job Description: Real Estate Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Real Estate Sales Manager** to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Gurgaon real estate market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent client-handling skills, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and networking.

* Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, conversions, and individual team performance.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.

* Provide regular sales reports and market updates to senior management.

* Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance and conversion ratios.





* Stay updated on Gurgaons real estate market, upcoming projects, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to booking and closure.

Requirements

36 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon/NCR.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Strong knowledge of Gurgaons real estate market and major micro-markets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Solid leadership and team-management abilities.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

* Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.

* Candidates with strong Channel Partner/CP networks will be preferred.
