Job Description: Sales Associate Chemical Trading

Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and industrial buyers to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, manufacturers and companies that use industrial chemicals.
- Client Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding quotations, pricing, samples and pending orders.
- Email Communication: Send product introductions, quotations, company profiles and other business-related emails to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements, product availability, pricing and order status.
- Lead Management: Maintain an organised database of customer contacts, call records, inquiries and follow-up schedules.
- Business Development: Identify new customers, industries and opportunities to expand the company's sales.
- Target Achievement: Work towards daily calling targets,



lead-generation goals and monthly sales objectives.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email and computer applications.
- Ability to communicate professionally and follow up consistently.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Experience in chemical trading or industrial sales is a plus.
