Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales or business development.
- Prior experience in the travel, transportation, mobility, cab services, employee transportation, or related industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to engage with corporate decision-makers as well as individual customers.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, handling objections, and meeting revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and operate in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who understands the travel or transportation business, is comfortable with both corporate and individual sales, and can take ownership of the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to conversion.

Candidates with experience in employee transportation, corporate travel, cab aggregators, travel agencies, mobility platforms, or subscription-based transportation services will be preferred.
