Hiring for a Chief Business Office (CBO) to manage the Women's Wellness Vertical.

The ideal candidate is a driven, polished female professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in business leadership, marketing, or brand management within industries like healthcare, luxury wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, or premium consumer brands.

Role & responsibilities:

- Business & Vertical Expansion: [1] Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap. [2] Identify, launch recent products, programs, service lines. [3] Drive clinic, franchise, and digital platform expansion
- Strategic Collaborations & Alliances: [1] Partner with market leaders in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics. [2] Create co-branded initiatives with top-tier corporates, healthcare institutions, wellness brands.
- Celebrity & Brand Ambassador Management: Identify, onboard, & manage influencers, celebrities, and public figures
- PR & Marketing Leadership:



Coordinate with PR team for impactful ATL, BTL marketing campaigns.
- Client Relations & Brand Experience: Handle HNI client relationships.
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Drive P&L; responsibility, implement cost efficient operations, with customer satisfaction.
- Leadership & Culture: Build & lead high-performance marketing, partnerships & BD team.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Female candidates with Business/Marketing leadership (Healthcare, Wellness, or Luxury brands preferred).
- Proven experience managing high-profile clients.
- Collaboration Skills: Established network with brands, celebrities, influencers, and market leaders.
