Job Role & Responsibilty :-

- Coordinate patient care services and ensure a smooth patient experience throughout the hospital.
- Assist patients and their attendants with admission, discharge, consultations, investigations, and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics, and other departments for timely patient care.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
- Provide information regarding hospital procedures, services, and patient facilities.
- Follow up on patient requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, and referrals as required.
- Maintain patient records, feedback forms, and service-related documentation.
- Ensure effective communication between patients, attendants, and hospital staff.




- Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Assist in managing patient flow and reducing waiting time.
- Escalate responsible complaints and unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Support the implementation of patient safety, quality, and service standards.
- Prepare daily reports on patient feedback, complaints, and service issues.
