Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Manage customer communication from booking to possession.

• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, Legal and other internal teams.

• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.

• Track customer requests, complaints and service issues and ensure closure within timelines.

• Coordinate payment reminders, documentation and agreement-related activities.

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, possession and other activities.





• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Prepare CRM reports and MIS related to customer requests, collections and closures.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate

• 14 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate or

construction industry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and CRM/ERP software.

• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.

• Candidates with experience in residential real estate CRM will be preferred.
