Job Description PPC Engineer

Department: Production Planning & Control
Industry: Spools, Reels Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily production plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with Machine Shop, CNC/VMC, Paint Shop, Welding, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure material availability and optimum resource utilization.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare production reports and track work-in-progress (WIP).

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine programming and machining processes.
- Understanding of welding and paint shop operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
