Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in retail management or related field.

- Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective supervision and team leadership.

- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g., reducing shrinkage).
