Role: HR Operations - Client handling

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete employee lifecycle of employees , from onboarding to exit.

Handle employee documentation, HRMS updates, induction, and joining formalities.

Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, statutory perks, and HR policies .

Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and follow up on discrepancies/verification reports.

Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity,



and other applicable statutory requirements .

Prepare audit documents and supporting records for client and statutory audits and ensure timely submission.

Prepare and verify client invoices based on attendance, deployment, payroll, and other applicable inputs .

Coordinate with clients for invoice validation, discrepancies, and timely submission.

Manage employee exit, full & final settlement, relieving/experience letters, and other offboarding formalities .

Prepare HR MIS and reports related to headcount, attendance, payroll, compliance, onboarding, exits, and billing.

Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients .

Required Skills:

Graduate 0.6 months - 4 years of experience in HR Operations / Staffing / Contract Staffing .

Good knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll inputs, audits, and employee lifecycle management .

Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS .
