Role & responsibilities
This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder interactions, addressing student grievances, and ensuring effective communication between parents, HODs and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, resolve concerns, collect feedback, and collaborate across departments to enhance stakeholder experience and service quality. Robust coordination, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree • Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Education Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in stakeholder management, student affairs, grievance handling, customer service, or relationship management roles. • Experience in the education sector, university administration, or service oriented industries is preferred
