This is an excellent chance to learn the ropes of real estate sales, client relationship management, and business development in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial properties Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth deal closures Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, self-motivated,
and target-driven attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone apps Presentable personality with a customer-first mindset
