- Prepare HVAC and air conditioning layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare indoor and outdoor AC unit layouts for residential, commercial and office projects.
- Develop 2D drawings for Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Floor Standing AC and VRV systems.
- Prepare ducting layouts, piping layouts, refrigerant piping drawings and drain piping layouts as required.
- Prepare equipment placement drawings, installation drawings and coordination drawings.
- Study architectural floor plans and coordinate AC layouts with electrical, civil and interior drawings.
- Calculate and mark equipment locations, dimensions, clearances and service access requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and revised drawings based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, project and installation teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and installation feasibility.
- Maintain proper drawing files, revisions, documentation and project records.
- Support the team in preparing technical drawings and project documentation for customer quotations and execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with experience in HVAC contractors, air conditioning companies, MEP consultants or building services projects.
- Knowledge of Daikin VRV systems, cassette ACs, ductable ACs and refrigerant piping layouts will be an advantage.
- Willingness to visit project sites in Hyderabad when required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the technical team.
