Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of process governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct audits and assessments to monitor adherence to processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Auditing, Change Management (ITIL), Compliance (Risk Management), Process Excellence (Six Sigma).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful change initiatives.
- Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills.
