- Working model:- 8hr in a day general shift.
- 3 days from office
- Gurgaon Team: Focuses on Site/Performance and Incident Management.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and support, while working with teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Demonstrates leadership qualities of taking charge and driving tasks, projects, or issues towards completion or resolution
• Knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) with ITIL Foundation certification as a plus
• Proficient in SQL and database querying with Splunk experience as a plus
• Experience in monitoring and alerting tools such as Catchpoint, Dynatrace, Seyren, Grafana, or Splunk
• Effective communication skills for varying types of audiences
• Demonstrates ability to not only report data effectively, but to analyze the data and use analytics to make data driven decisions
• Programming experience in Python is mandatory.
