About the Role

Digital Root Ad is looking for a creative, organised professional to manage social media accounts across sectors such as education, architecture, interiors, and real estate.

The role requires hands-on account management, content planning, client communication, and internal team coordination. You should be able to understand client requirements, develop relevant ideas, review work quality, and ensure timely publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage client social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as applicable.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with each brands goals, audience, campaigns, and events.
- Develop concepts, captions, scripts, and clear briefs for designs, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Research media trends, competitors, and audience behaviour, and apply relevant insights to improve content.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors, communicate feedback clearly, and follow up until work meets the brief.
- Review creatives and videos for visual quality, spelling, accuracy, brand consistency, and platform suitability.
- Handle client communication, requirements, approvals, and revisions professionally and patiently.
- Schedule and publish approved content and maintain accurate profile details, links, and highlights.
- Monitor comments, messages,



and enquiries and respond or route them according to client instructions.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to support research, ideation, captions, and scripts, while checking and refining outputs.
- Analyse social media performance and prepare monthly reports with practical improvement suggestions.
- Maintain organised content calendars, task trackers, client feedback, approval records, and published-content links.

Skills & Experience

- Preferably 3-4 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and coordinating creative teams.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent caption-writing, proofreading, and content-planning skills.
- Good judgement of design quality, storytelling, and reel concepts.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, AI tools, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- A patient, professional approach to client feedback, with strong organisation and ownership of deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, blog publishing, and website content management is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

Primarily remote; candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. Occasional office visits may be required approximately once or twice every three to four months, depending on work. Availability for urgent in-person meetings and client meetings is essential.
