WERE HIRING | Production Support Engineer – DevOps & Linux

Experience : 2 to 5 years
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Manage production incidents, troubleshoot issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Monitor application and infrastructure health to ensure service availability.
Automate deployments, patching, upgrades and operational tasks.
Manage production releases, changes, batch jobs and recovery procedures.
Maintain SOPs, monitoring dashboards and technical documentation.
Collaborate with global teams, including colleagues in Paris.

MANDATORY SKILLS
Linux/Unix: Administration and troubleshooting
Production Support:



Incident management, RCA and monitoring
DevOps Tools: GitLab, Ansible, Kubernetes / OpenShift
ITSM: ITIL, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
Job Scheduling: AutoSys or equivalent
Infrastructure: VMware, Backup, High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
Database: Basic SQL, Oracle / SQL Server
Communication: Strong English and stakeholder management
