Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support Qlik Replicate tasks, CDC processes, and ADF pipelines.
- Troubleshoot replication failures, pipeline errors, data latency, and synchronization issues.
- Perform incident management, RCA, and preventive actions.
- Support deployments, configuration changes, and release activities.
- Manage connectivity, endpoints, linked services, integration runtimes, and service accounts.
- Coordinate with DBA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
