Job Description

- Assists in all Host activities as per Brik Oven standard

- Assists in all dine in services as per Brik Oven standard

- Assists in Coffee making as per Brik Oven recipe

- Adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance as per Brik Oven standards.

- Ensure personal hygiene and grooming standards are met as per Brik Oven.

- Assists in both pre-opening and post-closure activities

Employees are expected to perform any other related duties as assigned by their supervisor or management, which may include additional tasks outside the scope of the primary job functions. Requirements

- To read and write at a beginner level, and to speak at an intermediate level in English.

- 10th Standard completed; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

- Proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.

- Ability to maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance in accordance with hygiene standards

- To possess customer service skills and be hospitable and empathetic.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Capability to lift a minimum of 10 kg and meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
