Job Summary

Vrinda Global is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruiter to manage bulk hiring requirements for Kotak Mahindra Bank. The selected candidate will be a full-time employee of Vrinda Global and will work at the client site, Kotak Mahindra Bank, supporting high-volume recruitment activities and ensuring the timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for Kotak Mahindra Bank across assigned roles and locations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle high-volume candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles in coordination with the client-side hiring team.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with the client.




- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to minimize candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.
- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Meet recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and assigned hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring or volume recruitment.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers

- Experience handling bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment drives.
- Ability to work from the client site and coordinate closely with the client's recruitment team.
- Strong focus on candidate engagement, hiring targets, and timely closures.
