Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with affluent clients and premium credit cardholders.

- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and ensure an exceptional client experience.

- Act as the primary point of contact for premium credit card-related queries and concerns.

- Provide concierge and lifestyle assistance, including hotel and flight bookings, event planning, rewards redemption, and other premium services.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Technology for quick query resolution.

- Handle escalations efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain accurate client interaction records and follow service processes.

- Build robust client relationships through professional communication and personalized support.





Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or above.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management or customer-facing roles.

- Experience in premium credit cards, airlines, hospitality, concierge services, or premium customer service is preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple queries and deliver premium client service.

- Immediate joiners only.
